Screen Enclosure & Pool Cage Repair
Summit Enclosures handles both small and large repairs to existing screen enclosures throughout Jacksonville, Nassau County, St. Johns County, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Whether you have a single torn panel or more substantial damage, we assess the situation and recommend the right repair.
From a Single Torn Panel to Larger Enclosure Repairs
Individual Screen Panels
A single torn or damaged panel can be replaced without touching the rest of the enclosure. We handle individual panel repairs as well as larger projects.
Enclosure Doors & Hardware
Doors that are part of aluminum screen enclosures can wear out, come off track, or sustain damage. We repair and replace enclosure doors and associated hardware.
Loose or Damaged Screen
Screen that has come loose from the frame, pulled away from the spline, or been damaged in a specific area can often be repaired without a full rescreen.
Aluminum Enclosure Components
Damaged aluminum framing, bent sections, or compromised structural components can be assessed and repaired as part of an enclosure repair project.
Storm Damage
Florida storms can cause significant damage to screen enclosures — torn screen, bent framing, or structural issues. We assess storm damage and recommend appropriate repairs.
Larger Enclosure Repairs
Some repairs involve multiple areas of the enclosure or more substantial structural work. We handle larger repair projects as well as small ones.
Small Repairs Are Welcome
You do not need a major project to contact Summit. If only a panel or two needs attention, we can evaluate the repair without automatically pushing a full rescreen. We handle individual screen repairs as well as larger enclosure work — the size of the job does not determine whether we take it on.
Repair or Rescreen?
When Repair Makes Sense
If the damage is isolated — a torn panel, a damaged door, a specific area of the enclosure — and the rest of the structure is in good condition, repair is often the right approach. We assess the enclosure and give you an honest recommendation.
When Rescreening May Be More Practical
When the screen throughout the enclosure has deteriorated — brittle, loose, or failing in multiple areas — patching individual panels repeatedly may not be the most practical solution. A full rescreen restores the enclosure more completely.
Learn about RescreeningStorm Damage to Screen Enclosures
Florida storms — tropical systems, severe thunderstorms, and high winds — can cause significant damage to screen enclosures. Torn screen, bent framing, damaged doors, and structural issues are all common after a major weather event.
Summit Enclosures assesses storm damage to screen enclosures and recommends appropriate repairs. We evaluate the full extent of the damage — not just what is visible from the outside — before recommending a course of action. We do not make promises about insurance coverage or act as an insurance adjuster; we assess the physical damage and repair it.
The Repair Process
Contact & Describe
Reach out and describe what you are seeing — torn screen, damaged framing, a door that is not working, or storm damage. We will discuss the situation before scheduling a visit.
Inspection & Estimate
We visit the property, inspect the enclosure, and assess what needs to be repaired. We provide an estimate before any work begins.
Repair Recommendation
We explain what we found and what we recommend. If a full rescreen would be more practical than patching, we will say so honestly.
Repair & Final Check
The repair is completed and we inspect the finished work before leaving.
